All of the dryers were down late last night and kept erroring out mid-cycle, so I reached out via email. The team at The Tumble Club got back to me almost immediately, and by this morning they had everything sorted with a refund. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I’m genuinely impressed by their customer service. It’s rare to see that level of care these days. Highly recommend!

With all the recent rain, it isn't hard for your washing pile to become a mountain. The washers and dryers are huge. It's so quick and easy to get it all done at once in about an hour. Price just went up $1 though

Love this place & service. So easy to use, clean facilities & open 24/7! Love that I can use my own detergent if I want or use a machine that does it for you (& they come out smelling great!) 5 stars Tumble Club - now can we have another one near Belmont area please? 😄👏🏼

I like this place. 1. Clean and tidy. 2. Detergent and softener are provided automatically in the washing machines. 3. Separate washing machines for sensitive skin related matters, where you can use your own detergents. 4. Separate machine for Pet 5. Big and small machine complying with your requirements.

We had a really good experience here today, it is our first time using The Tumble Club & were fortunate to have met the owner who was fixing some of the machines when we arrived. The laundromat supplied trolleys are so great! In the past it was such a struggle to carry our wet clothes from the washing machines to the dryers, but not here. Just chuck them in one of the trolleys supplied and cart it across to the dryer! Genius. There is a gated car park with the first 3 hours per day being free of charge. This place does get busy on the weekend, so weekdays is definitely more enjoyable. The payment system is all digital, so pay either with the QR code on the the machine if paying by phone, including ApplePay. Or pay by bank card on the screen up the back of the facility. You can add your own detergent or use the detergent provided machines. There is also a separate section for washing pet accessories. Great location too… I just wish there were more laundromats around like this. They’re great for us vanlife folk!

The size of the machines and how quickly they went through a full cycle was wonderful. I have a washing machine and dryer, however after camping decided to give the tumble club a go. 6+ loads were washed and dried within the hour. Most would have fit in the same machine, i only put them in different machines due to the fabric needing a different wash cycle. ❤️ Great place

Called into the Kotara shop to wash a load after not needing a laundromat for some time, and put my clothes in the first machine I saw that looked about the right size. I was surprised when the price charged was $20 but in a hurry, so I didn't stop to question it. Later I rang to ask about the prices of the machines and was told they are: White machines - Small (9 kgs) - $11 White machines - Medium (18 kgs) - $15 Stainless steel machines - all Large and cost $20 Counter-intuitively the white machines look bigger than the stainless steel ones but they aren't. Avoid the silver ones unless you have a particularly large load. Having said that, it's such a smooth experience using these laundromats I will definitely be back. Their phone number is always attended and they answer promptly if you have any issues. Onya Tumble Club!

Lots of washers & dryers. Good value with large dryers only $9 per load which can fit about 3 loads of washing. Convenient free parking so you don’t have to lug your washing to far from your car. Easy payment options on your phone using Apple Pay so just a click & done. Plenty of seating to wait around or get a text reminder sent to your phone & walk around the other shops.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about the laundry experience at The Tumble Club Kotara! Every single time I visit, the place is absolutely spotless, so incredibly easy to use and it always smells so pretty and fresh the moment you walk in. It genuinely makes laundry feel effortless (and even enjoyable!). Today I met Peter, one of the lovely staff members and he truly made my day. He was so humble, kind and welcoming to everyone coming in to wash or dry. It’s rare to see someone bring that level of warmth and positivity to their work he really makes the space feel even more inviting. So nice to meet you, Peter! I popped in today because I couldn’t decide if it was going to rain or shine and I’m so glad I did. The machines are simple to operate and paying couldn’t be easier. You can use the touchscreen or just scan the QR code with your iPhone and pay with Apple Pay quick, seamless and you’re on your way. I usually pop my clothes in the dryer and head off to do my food shopping. So convenient! It’s also very fairly priced and honestly, it beats doing laundry at home. Thank you, Tumble Dry, for such a clean, easy, beautifully fresh and welcoming space! 🌸✨
